Cancellation Policies
21 or More Days Prior
A refund will be given for all days reserved (less a $50 cancellation fee) for cancellations received 21 or more days prior to scheduled arrival.
7 or More Days Prior
For cancellations received 7 or more days prior to arrival, but less than 21 days prior to arrival, a refund will be given for all days reserved (less a $50 cancellation fee) only if we can re-book the property for the same dates at the same rates. If we are unable to re-book the property for the same dates at the same rates, we will retain fifty-percent of the lodging and sales tax amounts.
Less Than 7 Days
For cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, a refund will be given for all days reserved (less a $50 cancellation fee) only if we can re-book the property for the same dates at the same rates. If we are unable to re-book the property for the same dates at the same rates, we will retain one hundred percent of the lodging and sales tax amounts.
Privacy Policies
We will only collect, store and use your personal information for defined purposes. We use your information to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example, to process your purchase, provide service and support, and share product, service and company news and offerings with you. We do not sell your personal information. We will not share your personal data outside 51 East Main without your consent, except as required by law or to protect 51 East Main its customers, or the public, and then only with partners who share 51 East Main commitment to protecting your privacy and data. At any time you may contact 51 East Main with any privacy questions or concerns you may have. You also may ask at any time to see the personal data you have given us and request correction or deletion. We strive to protect the security of your personal data by use of appropriate measures and processes.

Children are more than welcome at 51 East Main.
Pets
We love pets! Regrettably they are not allowed in the apartments. If you are traveling with your pet we recommend Haute Dog Pet Resort for boarding. Their phone number is 509-525-1312.
Smoking
51 East Main is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $250 fine.
Housekeeping
Your apartment is cleaned before you come and after you leave. No daily housekeeping service. A non-refundable one-time cleaning fee is charged when you reserve.
Security Deposit
Your credit card is accessible until a walk-through has been completed after check-out. If any damage has occurred that the standard cleaning fee cannot cover, or items are missing, we will notify you in advance and your card will be charged.
Additional Guests
Pricing for the apartments are quoted as double occupancy (2 guests). Some of the apartments have additional sleeping areas, such as additional bedrooms or sleeper sofas. Please let us know if there will be more than two guests staying when you make your reservation.
Parking
There are six dedicated parking spots for the property. They are located in back of the building marked "51 EAST MAIN."
